Our client is the tenancy arm of a leading Leisure operator. With growing tenanted properties the length and breadth of Scotland our client is the fastest growing pub group offering a fresh alternative in the pub tenancy sector.

Who we're looking for
You will ideally have experience in the tenanted market at a multi-site level. This is a fast growing business so you will be operationally sound, a great communicator and have the ability to coach and develop a team you do not directly manage. Self-sufficient, you are looking to further your horizons and grow a real entrepreneurial business.

What's on offer
A base salary of circa £40,000K plus excellent package.
