Due to a recent restructure, our client seeks an inspiring HR professionalwho will drive the talent programme across their region. Working the HR Business Partner and Regional Directors, you will identify emerging talent amongst the store and area management populationand facilitate their professional journey within this leading organisation.
In addition to this you will be immersed in the following:
• Contribute to the manpower planning strategy.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Coaching and development of top talent.
• Internal networking across the UK business.
• Succession planning.
• Interviewing & benchmarking.
Who we're looking for
To be considered you will currently be engaged in a recruitment role that focuses on talent development and coaching, or you will be a training professional who gets immense satisfaction from developing talent through their business.
You will be experienced in working within a past paced high volume organisation where you can demonstrate a proven track record of project management and execution.
The Interpersonal style of the individual is as important as the technical skill set. Credibility, influencing skills and relationship building capabilities are crucial to the success of the opportunity.
