As a Leasing professional the main purpose of this role is to manage the new projects and space vacancies in the designer outlet centre, in order to maximize the commercial return. Cultivating new and existing brand relationships with the retailers will therefore play a key part. The main responsibilities will be to:
• Develop and implement an attainable leasing plan for the centre to ensure all available space is leased in a timely and effective manner.
• Negotiate and budget the terms and conditions of the lease and work with tenants to develop and agree retail strategies.
• Manage the leasing agent relationships, ensuring direction and priorities are communicated.
• Act as an ambassador for the business, to promote McArthurGlen's image, values and objectives and develop business opportunities.
• Maintain and develop effective working relations with external clients, including investors, owners and brand partners.
Who we're looking for
• Ideal candidates will be Leasing professionals from other Designer Outlet centres or Development companies. You could also be a Leasing professional from an Agency or Broker.
• Experience gained within a retail, agency, or corporate environment.
• Negotiation of lease terms/ understanding of lease documentation.
• Ability to manage key retail relationships but to also be commercial and strategic in outlook and delivery.
• Proven experience of managing a portfolio of clients.
• Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Excellent Business Development and networking skills.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent, preferably Estate Management.
• Languages: As appropriate to country of centre. English essential.

Collezioni's initial development, scheduled to open in Summer 2008, will host a portfolio of around 20 leading fashion brands airside at Venice's Marco Polo Airport.
