Financial Sponsor Associate Director

The role is to work as an Associate Director in a European Leveraged Finance team based in London. Responsibilities will include sponsor coverage and origination of transactions in the mid and large transaction market.
The successful candidate will be required to:
• A working knowledge of the Central Eastern European market is necessary.
Lead transactions from origination to execution with a strong deal list.
• Write the pitch books and assist in pitching to clients.
• Write the credit papers andbuild and complete the financial models for MLA transactions.
• Structure and execute transactions ensuring the duediligence and documentation are completed.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following:
•A proven track record of working on Mid to large cap MLA transactions (Polish experience is beneficial).
• Strong Credit/ Structuring/ Financial modelling and execution experience required.
• Ability tocommunicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to prioritise time effectively and work to tight timescales.
