Reporting to the CEO, as Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the development of HR strategies for both the London head office and all retail stores. Further you will:
*manage a team of 4
*be the key point of contact for all ER issues
*drive the recruitment process for the brand
*ensure L&D programs are developed to assist at managerial level.

Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced Human Resources manager with multi site experience and excellent ER skills. You will have worked within a small organisation before you possess the influencing and communication skills to communicate at all levels. Further, you will possess the technical capability to execute new initiatives that will make an immediate impact on the brand.
