This role as a Reward and Benefits Advisor reporting into the Head of HR Policy and Reward is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination and management of overall compensation and benefits framework across the business. Key areas of responsibility will include:
• Provide analytical support for the compensation programme
• Conduct market analysis
• Communication to client base
• Ensure compliance with legislation
• Assist with the management of benefit renewals
• Involvement with the integration of benefit programmes in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage the car fleet portfolio.
Who we're looking for
You willideally bea degree educated CIPD qualified professional. You will have had experience of providing a first classcompensation and benefits service previously. You will have high level of numeracy skills, attention to detail and will be results orientated. A high level of proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS is also required.
