The workload will consist of both contentious and non contentious property work on behalf of a client base that includes charities, regional and national developers, local authorities, property investors and national/multinational companies
The Birmingham team are seeking to recruit an Assistant who will possess a mixed caseload of commercial property work. Although offering a mixed caseload, there will be a slight emphasis on Commercial Development work.

Who we're looking for
Experience and confidence in running their own caseload of commercial property matters are essential
