You will be responsible for managing a direct, telephone-based sales (account management) team that specifically focuses on the UK Secondary schools market.
You will be responsible for delivering sales targets through leading and developing the sales team, demonstrating strong and perceptive coaching skills, driving quality and skills throughout the sales process.
Who we're looking for
The sales manager will be an inspirational sales leader capable of driving and developing a sales team to deliver the targets set. You will therefore be:
• a strong leader capable of inspiring people to deliver targets
• a strong, perceptive coach able to develop skills
• a highly credible, solutions salesperson
You will have previous experience in a solutions sales leadership role but may be at the start of your management career and looking for the next challenge where you can develop your skills. You will also have experience in coaching and mentoring others.
Above all you will be ready for a challenge and will want to join an organisation that is experiencing a high amount of growth.

What's on offer
c.£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary, plus bonus/OTE, plus benefits.
