Reporting into the Divisional HR Manager you will have accountability for supporting 2500 on-shore and off-shore stakeholders across the North Sea (UK) .You will manage a team of 4 and have ownership of creating and implementing UK wide policies and procedures. You will play an active role in succession planning as well as reward and harmonisation projects. You will also be responsible for building key relationships with line managers and rig crews whilst playing an active role in union negotiations through industry bodies.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate should be degree educated and CIPD qualified. You will have a strong understanding of employment law and UK legislation. In addition you will have a proven track record within people management. It is not essential that you have a background within the Oil & Gas sector and candidates who have demonstrated success within other sectors will be considered. What will be essential is a career focussed individual who has the ability to travel to off-site locations.
