This is a newly created position due to expansion and on-going success within this leading organisation. The Compensation & Benefits Specialist position is a senior role, reporting directly into the Head of C&B. Within this strategic position you will have a varied remit with accountability for harmonising group wide C&B polices and delivering large change projects. You will manage, refine and implement benefits on an international scale working very closely with the business and the senior management team.
Additional Responsibilities include:
• Completing annual salary surveys in order to maintain current competitive data.
• Lead benefit strategies across the region.
• Ensure compliance of all benefit plans.
• Compensation planning and consulting for key stakeholders.
• Monitoring competitive trends in C&B and identify the company's position compared to competitors.
• Evaluating procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure processes are continuously updated.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidates will be degree educated with solid experience within Compensation & Benefits. You will have a good understanding of flexible benefits and pensions combined with the ability to build key relationships with stakeholders and communicate at a senior level. What's on offer
