As the National Recruitment Manager for this leading retail business you will be responsible for senior level recruitment across 72 stores nationwide. You will manage the recruitment function and report into the Director of Recruitment & Training on a weekly basis, the challenging remit will include the company 12 week training programme and the fast track and high flyers scheme for management.
This role will also provide the opportunity to be involved in Graduate Recruitment, internal Promotions, Talent Management as well asthe management ofonline attraction tools.
This is a field based role which will cover the UK business and will involve travel and nights away.
Who we're looking for
To become the successful candidate you be able to clearly display the following attributes:
• Prior exposure to volume recruitment in the Retail/FMCG arena.
• A clear understanding of the recruitment process at senior management level.
• A passion for attracting talent to a business and the ability to influence.
• The ability to travel Nationally on a weekly basis.
