This is a classic Brand Manager role, which offers the opportunity to create , develop, manage and influence the implementation of brand visions and strategies. Meeting and exceeding corporate objectives in terms of volume, margin, profit and brand share, you will take ownership of projects on the Butcher's Choice brand brands.

Passionate about the consumer, you will identify business opportunities on your brand. Developing both new and existing products and packaging that will capture the essence of the brand in the eye of the consumer. Working across functions, you inspire those around you, influencing strategy to drive brand awareness and increase market share. Involved in NPD projects, product launches, agency relationships and the successful implementation of consumer brand plans, this role will be an integral part of Butcher's Pet Care's future plans.

Who we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you will be an ambitious self starter with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships on all levels both internally and externally. You will be of graduate calibre with CIM Postgraduate Diploma preferably and will ideally have a background in FMCG or consumer brands. A strategic thinker , you will have a proven track record delivering commercial results using your creative and innovative flair. More importantly, you will action strategy on time and to budget and thrive working as part of a small team under pressure.
