The role will require a candidate with good working knowledge of handling trade mark prosecutions work worldwide either at junior or senior level. Some knowledge of Intellectual Property litigation would be a bonus.
IP and IT rights are one of our clients core areas of practice. Work types include;

• media, publishing and internet
• sponsoring and franchising
• privacy and image rights
Who we're looking for
IP Litigation Solicitor; we are looking for a qualified solicitor or FILEX who is able to work on their own initiative and without supervision.
