Who we're looking for
The US securities practice in London is continuing to grow. The firm is looking to hire a New York qualified attorney who graduated from a leading law school and who has excellent credentials.
The ideal candidate will speak fluent Spanish and will have advised on the SEC reporting documents (20-F, F-1, F-3, 10-K, 8-K) and technical securities laws issues applicable to US listed companies, as well as being on teams advising issuers or investment banks on corporate securities offerings. Capital markets deal work is important, but so is experience under the securities laws advising corporate on various matters such as ongoing reporting and corporate governance. Given the pace of change in securities law, the firm are seeking a lawyer with recent practical hands-on experience who is currently at London or in Europe working in a top tier US or UK firm.
