This project management role sits within the HQ of European Directories, a Euro 3 Bn search and directory business with companies covering 9 markets in Europe and Scandinavia. Based in Chiswick Park, West London, but with extensive travel outside UK, this important role is concerned with deployment of a major on-line operating platform that underpins the company's growth plans.
Grounded in its traditional print business, our client is increasingly developing an "anywhere anytime" offering, including on-line, mobile and other media. This project management role sits at the centre of this strategic evolution. Partnering with local operating companies and the main US supplier, the incumbent will work to tight deadlines to ensure a seem-less rollout of core functionalities.
Who we're looking for
The Project Managers will possess the following skills:
• Degree level education
• PRINCE 2 and exposure to Agile Methodologies
• Strong client facing background, ideally in an international, multi-site environment
• Background in the online arena and a broad understanding of technology
• Microsoft Project
• Excellent knowledge of the full SDLC
• Solid understanding of the design and development of product plans
