This Magic Circle firm's Dubai Office are looking for a Capital Markets lawyer.
Who we're looking for
This Magic circle's Dubai's office is currently looking for a capital markets lawyer to join their leading practice. They will consider retraining junior lawyers if they have excellent academics and a background in general banking or finance law.
About our client
Our client has enormous collective expertise in advising on every aspect of capital markets activity in 2006 advised on USD 18 billion of Shari'a compliant transactions.
From their Dubai office, they advise clients in all of the following areas:
-Commercial paper financing
-Convertible bonds
-Global and MTN programmes
-Islamic sukuk issues
-Conventional and Islamic Securitisation
To name a few of their major international investment banks:- ABN Amro, Barclays Capital, BNP, CitiBank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered.
Some of their local clients include Aldar Properties, Dubai Islamic Bank, Dubai Holdings, Dubai World, Kuwait Finance House, Emirates Bank International, Kuwait Finance House, Mashreqbank, Nakheel and National Bank of Dubai.
