The person should be able to handle international filing programmes and to deal with instructing and liaising with overseas correspondents regarding trade mark clearance searches, trade mark prosecutions and third party conflicts and oppositions; communicating with lay and professional clients; drafting responses to office actions; drafting trade mark licenses, assignments and similar documentation; dealing with copyright and other intellectual property issues.

Who we're looking for
A qualified trade mark attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience in trade mark clearance searching, filing and prosecution both locally (at the Trade Marks Office in his or her current country of residence) and internationally.
