A Scottish qualified Planning and Environmental Lawyer in Glasgow to work within a Scottish Planning & Environmental Team. With a particular view in developing the Urban Regeneration / Town Centre Development / CPO practice in Scotland building on expanding the reputation of the Private Practice in these areas.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally be Scottish qualified and have worked in a Scottish firm or have worked in a top English practice, with excellent planning experience, particularly inquiry experience. Environmental experience would be useful but not essential. Candidates must be technically excellent, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. The candidate will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. It would be advantageous to have a strong academic background and good communication and organisational skills. The candidate will be looking to ''lead'' in particular in the development of the Urban Regeneration / Town Centre Development / CPO practice in Scotland, to complement the wider Property services for this market and the firms wider national expertise in this area.
