To carry out internal audits on various NHS organisations. To regularly undertake complex system reviews that conclude upon financial control. You will support the Audit Managers but carry out the majority of routine tasks unsupervised. The role will involve frequent travel within the regional area.
Who we're looking for
The successful applicant will be an experienced auditor ideally with NHS experience. You will hold a recognised accountancy qualification(ACA; CIMA; ACCA; CIPFA). You must be able to work unsupervised and be able to communicate with both non-finance people and senior managers. You will understand complex risk structures and be prepared to travel within the North West. You will be trusted to organise and prioritise your own workload.
