Head of Facilities and Operations based in Manchester responsible for managing 4 sites, providing all facilities services including both hard and soft. Managing sub contractor relationships, appraising existing contracts and arrangements, making recommendations for change and putting in place remedial action where required. Organising and project managing considerable office moves will be an initial challenge as will ensuring minimum disruption to the business.
Who we're looking for
A proven Facilities professional withal track record of success and delivery, ideally gained withina professional services environment. Able to work independently and liaise effectively across all levels of business will be key.
