Your role as a Transaction Services Executive will be to work closely with the Managers and Partners on a variety of assignments. You will be encouraged to take a fairly hands-on approach with flat reporting structures. You will spend most of your time working in a Transaction Services capacity with some flexibility to move to Lead Advisory as commercial needs necessitate.
Your specific role will involve:
• Performing analysis of client data;
• Reviewing commercial drivers of client's business;
• Reviewing complex financial projections;
• Drafting due diligence reports;
• Assisting with research, administration and compliance work;
• Liaising with clients, intermediaries and targets.
Who we're looking for
ACA with first time passes and a strong academic background. You must be highly commercial and possess strong communication skills.
