A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled Recruitment Advisor with this leading business services organisation in West Yorkshire. Working as part of a medium sized team of around 15 you will be responsible for the pre screening selection process across applications from varying parts of the business in this busy commercially focused environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Initial telephone screening of applications
• Telephone based interviews with applicants
• Conducting competency based interviews to a high detailed standard
• Compiling reports and advising on the interview screening process.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a skilled Recruitment Advisor who is able to hit the ground running from day one. You will have a proven experience in recruitment and be able able to handle a large case load of work. You will also posses the following skills and attributes:
• Competency based recruitment experience with the ability to manage your own workload
• Good telephone manner
• Can do attitude.
• Pro-Active in your approach
• Professional manner
This is purely a telephone based recruitment role though for the right candidate this could become a permanent position and lead to further opportunities within the business.
