You will work in a well established team that deals with both corporate and commercial matters for a range of well known clients based in the area together with owner managed and small medium sized enterprises based in the area.
The bias of this role will be commercial and will deal with a range of commercial matters including general commercial contracts, IT, software and IP. In dealing with these matters you will work closely with a partner in the team.
Who we're looking for
Our client is a Legal 100 practice and is therefore looking for a candidate with:
• Training or experience of corporate or commercial matters at a well regarded regional or city practice;
• Good academics;
• A connection or wish to re-locate to the Berkshire / Thames Valley Area.
