Asa Planning Lawyer yourrole is to support and develop the planning requirement of the Commercial Property and Construction team of this Legal 500 rated firm. Working alongside the Commercial Property team that currently contains 32 lawyers across four offices you will provide expert Planning advice and have the ability to develop a recognised Planning department.
Who we're looking for
You will be able to provide strategic planning advice, negotiate Section 106 and other Planning Agreements. It will also be important for you to advise on planning applications, refusals and appeals. Knowledge of Enforcement Notices and Appeals plus the ability to provide guidance on Local Authority social housing requirements.
