This is a strategic role which will involve you Managing the full Recruitment Process and ensuring it is in line with the Business plan and strategy. You will, maximise supplier relationships, oversee unit based attraction plans (including succession planning and target markets) and working closely with the Operations Management team to ensure robust assessment and selection processes are in place.
Who we're looking for
You will have extensive recruitment experience, gained at a senior level preferably with exposure to a high volume recruitment environment. You will be highly organised, confident and an excellent communicator. You will be able to lead a team and have experience of managing relationships. Additionally you will be self motivated, flexible and have an ability to think creatively and generate solutions.
