A mainstream accounting role (MA, analysis, commentary, accruals, prepayments etc) for a part-qualified accountant. The functions involved complements theoretical studies very well, and also offers some good commercial exposure in the form of forecasting and budgeting. Providing financial support to business managers and corporate centres is key to the role, as is ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
The role is investigative and will necessitate an accountant with an inquisitive and problem solving attitude. Communicating across the group at all levels and adapting to quickly changing circumstances is essential to the post.
