A fantastic role working as a Area Sales Training Consultant for a well known Financial Services organisation based in East Anglia. Reporting into a Senior Sales Training Consultant you will be responsible for designing and providing training and coaching support to the sales area of the business with the aim of developing competent sellers.

Main Responsibilities will include:
• Improving sales performance across your area.
• Building relationships with key business partners and training functions.
• Providing area training and 121 coaching initiatives across the field based area.
• Support the induction of new starters.
• Responsibility for the launch of new initiatives.

Some travel may be required across the geographical area. You will be happy with travelling and some nights away from home.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a degree calibre candidate with a strong understanding of training best practice. They will possess strong coaching and mentoring skills couple with strong facilitation skills.

The ideal Area Sales Training Consultant will be professional and credible with the ability to work on their own initiative.
