This popular,Central Scotland based hotel is looking for a Hospitality based Manager to join it's management team. Having gone through a period of investment and re-furbishment this is an ideal time to join this Hotel which is part of a National Group.
Who we're looking for
You will have proven success in a similar role, managing a team of over 40 people and over 1000 breakfasts a week! This team has a strong growth potential and are looking for someone who can direct, lead and develop their potential as well.
Maximising the Food & beverage sales and controlling the related costs in line with the budgets to achieve profit targets, you will also be the point of contact for all EHO issues, Fire and Security for customers and team members. You are someone who will enjoy the opportunity to manage this large department without the distraction of hotel duty management.
You will be self motivated, confident and assured in your ability to drive this business forwards to achieve the projected 30% growth.
