Your responsibilities will be to:
*Develop and deliver strategic and tactical HR plans
*Develop strong working relationships with the Senior Management team to understand their business issues and work pro-actively with them to provide appropriate business solutions
*Work with the relevant Senior Management to deliver effective Performance Management, development strategies and succession plans.
*Interpret and apply corporate HR policies, updating managers on changes to employment legalisation as and when appropriate.
*Work with the wider HR team to share and build collective knowledge.
Who we're looking for
Your will be CIPD qualified or currently studying towards completion. You will be a proactive, solutions focused individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong relationship building skills, personal confidence, gravitas and willing to challenge are essential attributes for this role. You will have a proven track record of delivery,excellent organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.In addition it is highly desirable that you will have experience gained in a Customer Services environment although this is not essential.
