We are currently recruiting for a leadingconsultancy based in central London who are looking for a Compensation Specialist to build their London based team and support their continued business growth. Focussing on the High Tech and Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industries, the Compensation Specialist will work closely along side the EMEA leader and will be the first point of contact for all clients, providing advice on business issues related to compensation plans, policies and procedures, survey participation, benchmarking and reward strategy. You will also play a key role in providing training to clients on survey application and support the EMEA lead on research and project work to assist in building the organisation's market footprint in the region.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for degree calibre candidates with a proven track record within Compensation and Benefits from an in-house or consulting perspective. You will ideally have experience within either the High Tech or Pharma industries (although not essential) with strong knowledge of UK Human Resources practices. An analytical mind and outstanding communication skills are essential. You will be a relationship builder with a strong client focus and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as individually. A proactive attitude and good sense of initiative is essential and you will have able to multi-task and work to deadlines. Solid Excel and general IT literacy is also required. Additional European languages are a plus.

What's on offer
Salary circa £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits
