The primary function of the IT Administrator within this Berkshire based Technology group involves providing the initial point of contact to the internal user community, as well as being responsible for the following key areas:
• Logging calls on the groups call logging system
• Maintaining the paperwork for the IT team
• Maintaining supplier contact details and contracts
• Maintaining software and hardware asset registers
• Assist in the procurement process, liaising with potential suppliers on pricing information

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate is to become the IT Administrator for this Technology group will have demonstrable experience of the following areas:
• General office administrative work
• A high level of ability with Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer service focused
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to prioritise workload
