Excellent Big 4 Consulting opportunity - Senior Manager / Assoc Director - Operational Advisory, Energy for this major firm based in London. This major management consultancy team works on the whole deal lifecycle from the initial assessment through to the post deal integration. This will include exposure to operational due diligence, merger integration, carve out work and corporate restructuring.
As Senior Manager / Assoc Director - Operational Advisory, Energy you will be working on pre deal, post deal and separation work with clients within the energy industry. This could encompass either acquisitions or disposals and will entail dealing with all aspects of the transaction.
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will:
• be highly analytical and have an excellent level of commercial acumen in order to assess the risks involved in deals
• have strong project management skills and show a track record of deal related work within the energy industry
• have an in depth industry knowledge and/or a consultancy background
• have operations management experience
• be a team player and have the ability to operate effectively at all levels within a business
•European languages would be a bonus
