The Managing Director position will be based in the Merseyside arearesponsible for the North West offices performance, predominately working on social housing refurbishment programs. The Managing Director will be expected to drive strategy,secure new revenue streams and build on an existing, solid client base.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following experience :
• Ability to lead and develop a social housing business.
• P&L accountability.
• Proven track record in leading a business and developing potential new area's for growth.
