The Role
The Consultant takes responsibility for managing the delivery of significant portions of procurement projects and where applicable expanding the remit of those projects to the mutual benefit ofus and our clients.
The role will involve the proactive identification of opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement across projects. These may be in terms of direct or indirect cost savings, through improved supplier service delivery, to developing and implementing innovative processes and approaches as part of new best-practice procurement solutions.
Consultants may be required to manage small teams of client and / or analyst resources in the delivery of this work.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the delivery of multiple project work streams
-Structure and present client reports and presentations
-Data analysis, results interpretation, procurement strategy formulation
-Work with the client to scope requirements, identify all required data sets and relevant information, review data sources and design project methodologies to satisfy client requirements

Ideal candidates would have experience in one or more of the following areas, however, we also consider candidates with limited procurement-related experience who demonstrate a strong record of achievement and analytical abilities:
?X Strategic sourcing experience in a top-tier consulting firm or
?X Blue chip procurement experience
?X Managing and delivering significant portions of projects
?X Delivery focused client environment
We require a good degree from a top UK or international University. The job may require a certain amount of travel.
