Strategy And Research Executive

• Manage various on-going and ad hoc research projects including brand tracking research, ad tracking research, segmentation research, and any other ad hoc research such as proposition study, copy test, retail mystery shopping, etc.
• Own long term marketing planning process and manage annual strategic document development regarding mid-term and long term marketing strategy based on thorough analysis and insightful intelligences
• Provide regular quarterly report including:
1) Market analysis including industry trend, technology advancement, major events and their implications. etc
2) Consumer analysis including consumer trends, consumer journey via research data/reports and secondary researches
3) Competitor intelligence including business performance & strategy, advertising campaign, media spending, product portfolio, etc. via research data/reports and secondary researches

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success within either business intelligence, competitive intelligence or business strategy
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking
• Good at secondary researches and familiar with primary researches
• Excellent project management skill. Ability to manage multi-projects
• Excellent communication skill
• Self-motivated, resourceful, deliver on time
