Reporting directly into a Senior Partner in the Manchester office you will be responsible for generating commercial and industrial investment opportunities across the North West with deal sizes ranging between £5m and £15m.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will need to have worked in the Property Market and have a proven track record of managing and leading investment opportunities within a commercial or industrial sector ideally across the North West so that they have an existing network. An MRICS qualification is preferential but the character of the individual is vital as a the role will require determination, strategic vision and an entrepreneurial outlook.
