Managing the production of semiconductor arrays in two Wafer Fabrication Clean Rooms. At all times maintaining manufacturing processes and controls used to manufacture Infra-Red detector arrays. Addressing and continuously improving the current processes and techniques of manufacturing. Implement Lean manufacturing principles to drive out waste and improve cycle times.

Who we're looking for
You should have:
• Appropriate Engineering Degree.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (or above) qualification.
• Excellent working knowledge of automotive tools such as FMEA or PPAP.
• The ability to work well in a team and as a team leader.
• Competent IT skills in data analysis, report writing and presentations.

£35,000 dependant on skill set.
