A world leader within the financial services sector currently requires an HR Consultant to join one of its key business divisions based in Edinburgh. This is a fully generalist, strategic project focused role which offers a number of great challenges within a progressive environment. The remit of the role will include:

• Managing and participating in projects, change programmes, HR and organisational initiatives across the full spectrum of HR and business activities.
• Effectively providing high quality HR activity.
• Successfully delivering tailor made business solutions.
• Effectively measuring HR activity and value add utilising MI, customer feedback and tracking mechanisms.
• Engaging stakeholders (HR team, specialists, business etc) in support of initiatives

Who we're looking for
You will be degree and CIPD qualified with a wealth of experience within a Blue Chip environment, ideally financial services. You must have flexibility and change orientation with the ability to work in a new and adapting matrix based structure with a large volume of high priority tasks. Project management experience is highly desirable, as is exposure to change management.
