Due to the profile of the group and of the firm, this vacancy represents an excellent opportunity to maximise your career prospects.

You will primarily be involved in:
• advising charity trustees on issues concerning charity law, practice and good governance;
• establishing and registering new charities;
• dealing with the restructuring of existing charities.

Who we're looking for
You will be highly motivated with an ability to devise practical solutions so as to resolve technical issues either in the context of a commercial transaction involving charities or in the course of giving advice.
