This is a uniquerole that will focus entirely around a HR Consultant model, performing a non-transactional role. You will manage and participate in projects, change programmes and other organisational activities. Your generalist knowledge will provide an excellent platform with which you can advise and impact upon the business.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have an excellent grounding in project management activities and have the ability to engage with stakeholders at a number of different levels. Exposure to change programmes would be an advantage, in addition to your experiences within a large blue-chip organisation.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate effective project management skills.
