Top tier professional services firm seeks Post Merger Management Consultant - Financial Services to join their growing Consultancy function in London. My client is rapidly expanding their consulting arm within the transaction services, deal advisoryand post merger integration.You will work as a Consultant, delivering quality and effective advice to tier 1 clients. You will be involved in programme rescue, restructuring, operational turnaround and performance improvement within both distressed and non-distressed environment. You will work closely with FTSE 250 companies, advising them across all business units.
This team exciting and unique and is growing extensively, offering a huge opportunity both internally and in the wider business world.
Who we're looking for
My client is rapidly expanding theiroperational deal services team which sits within the wider consulting arm.You will have experience in some or all of the following areas:
• solid experience working in a professional services environment (management consulting) within the Financial Services sector
• exposure to the M&A and deal environment and post-merger integration; helping clients to achieve successful integration
• performance improvement, operational due diligence
• commercially minded and analytical
• business acumen and experience from industry to have real credibility with your client
• professional qualification is desirable e.g.. MBA
You will be an industry expert with proven success delivering consulting services to Financial Services clients. In return you will have to opportunity to work in a developing team, within a large and well established Management Consultancy organisation.
