An exciting and challenging opportunity has a risen for an experienced Learning and Development professional for a period of 8 months with a leading business services organisation based in Yorkshire. As a Learning and Development professional you will be tasked with managing a team of Learning and Development managers in order to drive the business forward during this key period of change.
You will work with line managers and customer services to identify and prioritise training and development needs of their teams against the business needs and plans. Along with being tasked in the following areas:
• Training Evaluation.
• Employee training.
• Ensure effective practical implementation and evaluation.
• Change Management.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a skilled Learning and Development professional that has a proven experience in their field. You will have worked within a similar role in order to be able to effectively hit the ground running from day 1 on the job. You will also possess or have experience in the following areas:
• Translate business plans into training and development objectives.
• Ability to apply the training cycle effectively.
• Successful experience of project management.
You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and develop high performance in themselves and othersas well asindentifying and implementing best practice in customer service.
