To act as a support for 2 Partners with respect to commercial contract work in the non contentious finance sector. The role will include drafting / reviewing commercial contracts and supporting clients, training, marketing to clients and supervising a paralegal
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have good grounding in non contentious commercial contracts work. They will also have experience in the finance sector and in secured lending along with experience of dealing with clients and developing and maintaining relationships. Familiarity with leasing sector and with the consumer credit act would we advantageous. The candidate will also be finance literate and have an understanding of the finance sector
