Based in the Midlands your role as Associate Director will be to assist the Retail Division and its clients to asset manage their property portfolios.You will be responsible for ensuring the clients needs are achieved inline with the organisations management policies.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Associate Director will have developed their skillsthrough a career in Surveying. You will have an in depth knowledge of Property Management including aspects of acquisitions, disposals, valuation andservice charge agreements. You will need to be RICS qualified, have the ability to manage large accounts andculminatedetailed reports to presentto Directors and Clients.
