A commercial & civil litigation lawyer is required to work in a leading firm based in Guernsey. My client requires a successful and enthused team player with a good general grounding in commercial & civil litigation from a top City or international practice. The work will involve asset tracing actions, international insolvency, banking litigation, personal injury and employment litigation.
Who we're looking for
The candidate must have a good broad brush knowledge of commercial & civil law and a proven track record in litigation. It is important that the applicant has good communication skills, motivation and works well whilst under pressure.
