Who we're looking for
Top class corporate and banking lawyers sought. You must have a good general background from a top City or regional practice and have the self-motivation to take responsibility for your own transactions and clients. You will do a wide range of corporate and banking law and will advise on offshore aspects for UK/US and international clients. A prior experience in investment funds is desirable, although not essential.

Leading offshore law firm with offices throughout the world, is looking to grow its London practice to meet client demand for lawyers able to advise on the ground on offshore issues arising from various transactions.
This is a true niche practice with only high class lawyers and a great, intimate working environment.
