The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a strong personality who can demonstrate successful delivery of key projects. In addition the candidate will show the capability of leading teams, resolving complex issues and have excellent negotiating skills. The individual will be an accomplished presenter who has experience of creating and leading skilled teams who win business and are client and delivery motivated.
Who we're looking for
As Senior Project Manager you will ideally possess the following;
• A minimum of 15 years experience in the industry.
• Proven track record of winning work including leading the proposal process.
• The ability to manage and deliver 1 large project or lead 3-4 projects acting in a Project Manager role, with site teams reporting to you.
• Develop and maintain client and consultant relationships through good communication and management.
• To take responsibility for the success, quality and programme compliance of construction delivery.
• To ensure that all HSE policies and guidelines are adhered to on site.
• To provide reliable management information to divisional and Company Directors and support, monitor and give advice to construction staff.
• Have worked on projects up to value of £10m.
