As Commercial Quantity Surveyor you will have a strong knowledge of;
• Commercial control of sub contract packages
• Cash management and profitability of projects
• Preparation of final account/ Bill of quantities
• Sub contractor and materials orders
Who we're looking for
The ideal Commercial Quantity Surveyor will be available for site based roles in the Devon area and be able to clearly demonstrate;
• relevant qualifications
• proven track record on projects ranging in value from £1m- £10m.
• Commercial awareness and strong IT skills
• exceptional organisational and time management skills.
