Business Development Manager

As part of the growing Client Management team you will report to the Client Director and your aim will be to attract new clients by targeting high net worth individuals and making them aware of Hotbed's innovative alternative investment. products. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop new and existing client relationships to maximise investment activity. Most of Hotbed's clients are entrepreneurial in nature or have a City background.

Typically, you will use a combination of networking and leads created by significant media advertising spend, to attract new clients. However, the expectation is that you will support this by creating client referrals and developing initiatives to identify new introductory channels in order to increase the use and distribution of Hotbed's products within the high net worth community.

Who we're looking for
-You will be of graduate calibre and have current business development experience gained preferably within the private banking or wealth management arena.
- You will have a demonstrable track record of identifying relevant prospects within the high net worth community, initiating contact and following through a pipeline to fruition.
-You will be comfortable dealing at senior level both face to face and over the telephone and have the natural tenacity and verbal ability to make a success in a new business environment.
- A clear numerical and finance aptitude coupled with ability to simplify and convey complicated products to a wider audience is essential.
- You will have robust process skills and understand the true meaning of customer service, showing honesty and integrity in your style.

This is very much a progressive business, therefore you will be a self starter who enjoys working as part of a highly talented team.
