This is a really exciting opportunity to join a Business Services organisation to design and deliver effective development programs at all levels of the organisation. The role includes delivering effective Induction programmes for all levels of employees within the business and updating this to reflect organisational and legal developments as necessary. The successful candidate will also be providing specialist job-coaching for Managers to support their PDP's, and will be managing the process of identifying training needs for new, promoted and existing managers. You will also be responsible for regularly reviewing all course materials to ensure content remains relevant, impactful and meets any legislative requirements.
The role also involves providing specialist advice and guidance on development matters that enable and support others to fulfil their training & development responsibilities. You will also be planning and implementing the rollout of corporate initiatives, and will be ensuring that the location operations and Human Resource team is fully aware of training activity and any issues that exist in achieving training objectives.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a highly accomplished Training & Development Consultant with experience of the full training cycle. The role will also involve operating at a more strategic level and my client is looking to take on somebody with the ability and potential to step up to the next level as Training Manager. The role will be based in Birmingham and will require some national travel.
